We ship all orders from Guangdong, China. At the moment, we offer international shipping to over 50 countries. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, country/region, and selected shipping method. If your country or region is not available in the list, please reach out to us by email. If possible, we will try to add it to our shipping destinations.
Shipping Methods Available
Our Orient Cha Express service is a cost-efficient small-package shipping solution, primarily for customers in the U.S. and EU. Every three days, we consolidate all orders and send them to our designated airport logistics center. Orient Cha's team handles all customs clearance processes and coordinates international shipping. Once the package reaches your country, local carriers like DHL, UPS, or USPS will handle the final delivery process.
Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 weeks.
This service is provided through our trusted international logistics partners, with priority flight bookings and direct shipping from China to your destination. We work with established companies like DHL and UPS for end-to-end delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships, and you can also track your package via your account on our website.

Once the tracking number is available, you can follow the progress of your shipment via the carrier's official website or your account page on the Orient Cha website. Please note: Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. While we strive to ship your items promptly, delays due to customs processing or flight schedules may occur.

How to Handle Missing Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you can’t find it, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement. We suggest checking other possible delivery locations, such as different entryways or neighboring properties. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the courier directly.
Customs Duties & Regulations
Please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of your country or region before placing an order. We are unable to provide phytosanitary certificates or similar documents. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs office, postal services, or local couriers—beyond the shipping fee—will be the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note: By completing the checkout process, you agree to cover any additional costs related to customs clearance and understand that delays due to customs procedures are beyond our control. Orient Cha is not responsible for delays or issues caused by local customs or shipping carriers once the package has reached your country.
Order Processing
Orient Cha processes orders 24/7 online, but shipments are only dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Peak Periods: During major holidays, unexpected events, or high-volume periods, processing time may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days.
